Assessment Techniques and Technical Knowledge

Gibson & Winch only ever recommend applicants we have worked with or have received a recommendation from a trusted source. Our reputation is highly important to us and our clients and we always (except where circumstance demand) face-to-face interview before any submissions are made.

Gibson & Winch use accepted interview techniques to ensure core competencies are correctly identified. In concurrence, we invest a considerable proportion of our time to seek recommendations and validation from proven industry professionals. However the interview process is only one tool to use in a selection process and we recognize its limitations when measuring technical competencies. In such cases, Gibson & Winch will use 3rd party testing services.
