Multi Channel Programme Manager - Retail

Salary: £80k-£100k per annum

We require a proven commercially aware Programme Manager for a London based Consultancy who will be responsible for managing Multi-Channel programmes for their retail customers and for business development within the customer account.

With significant experience and expertise in Multi-Channel retailing you will be involved in projects from initial customer enquiry – visiting, understanding and scoping requirements – through to managing large scale Multi-Channel Projects and Programmes through to completion. Working with teams of consultants and the retailers own personnel you will have a track record of delivering on time and to quality and of establishing positive working relationships.

We would anticipate that you will have a background working either in Consultancies or Tier 1 or 2 Retailers. You will be passionate about Multi-Channel retailing, be a good communicator and be ambitious to develop the Consultancy business. In addition you will be highly organised, self motivated and confident in working with customers at all levels, willing to travel UK wide, and be flexible in your approach.
